Self Referral
Most referrals to other specialists will require you seeing or speaking with a GP. However, there are a number of local services, listed below, that you are able to make self referrals to.
GO2 Physio
You can access NHS physiotherapy without going to your GP first with go2physio.
Physiotherapists are physical activity specialists working with you to enable you to manage your condition. They are expertly skilled to assess, diagnose, and manage patients with musculoskeletal conditions much in the same way as doctors.
Pregnancy and Early Childhood within Psychological Therapies
Both Manchester Psychological Therapies Service and Self Help Services recognise that pregnancy and early parenthood can be both an exciting and overwhelming time. Becoming a parent is a major life change, with role changes and a mixture of emotions.
